Anjaneya Math is situated in a small village called Kulasekharamangalam in Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala, India. To launch many philanthropic activities, Anjaneya Charitable Trust was formed on 2006 (Reg.No.65/IV/2006) with more than 200 members as its governing body. This is a non-profit organization. Many relief activities for the sick, poor and needy are organized and executed. To spread these activities, it also encourages and support people to get involved in many humanitarian activities The envision of Math is “Lokah Samstah Sukhino Bhavanthu” which means, “May All the Beings in the World be in Peace & Happiness“.
This Trust was formed under the guidance of Sri Ramachandra Swami, who is also the head of Math. He is an ardent devotee of Lord Anjaneya. In the Math complex, there are two temples of Lord Rama and Lord Anjaneya.
Adjacent to it, there is an Old Age Home for destitute. The daily expenses are met by the income received from the temple and donations received from various sectors of people and organizations. Since this Math is a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible under section 80G of Government of India; to the full extent permitted by law.
